or offensive material or information, for which PremierDating
assumes no responsibility or liability.
PremierDating reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to
reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including email) by you, or to
restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the PremierDating website, at any time, for any or no reason,
with or without prior notice, and without liability.
You acknowledge and agree that all
information, code, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, pictures,
graphics, video, messages, files, or other materials ("Content"),
whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility
of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not PremierDating, are entirely responsible for all Content
that you upload, post, email or otherwise transmit via the PremierDating
website. PremierDating reserves the right to monitor

You agree that you will not use PremierDating to:

Conduct your own contests and promotions.
Modify, publish, transmit, transfer or
sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, link,
display or in any way exploit any Content from the PremierDating
database, including, without limitation, by incorporating data from the PremierDating database into any e-mail or "white
pages" products or services, whether browser-based, based on proprietary
client-site applications, web-based, or otherwise.
Sell, distribute, or make any commercial
use of data obtained from the PremierDating database
or make any other use of data from the PremierDating
database in a manner which may offend the person for whom the data is relevant.
PremierDating may provide, or third parties may provide, links

Your correspondence or business dealings

YOUR PRIVACY
Premier Dating, LLC is an online people
matching service developed to assist people in finding others with similar
interests for friendship, dating or marriage. Our members create their own
unique profiles and use our technology to provide them with information based
on their pre-selected criteria. In order to do this, we must ask for certain personal
information. The information we gather is not used by the public (visitors,
other members, or anyone not employed by Premier Dating, LLC or the financial
institutions used to process membership charges) to identify specific
individuals.
We are a membership-based service. We
collect credit card, address, or bank information only from those who choose to
join. All trial users to our site may browse the site, search the profiles and
view any articles before joining.
INFORMATION
SUBMITTED
Premier Dating, LLC gathers two types of
information, Public and Private: information users submit to us and information
not directly submitted by users. We define Public information as personal
information that may be displayed on the site, such as gender, age, weight, etc.
but cannot be linked to a particular user. Private information is defined as
any information that allows others to contact a user other than through Premier
Dating, LLC or allows the collection of information about the user other than
what is displayed on the site.
•Public: We gather personal information,
which may or may not include: customer-specified username, gender, age, ethnic
background, appearance, religion, income range, occupation, etc. information
and general geographic location. Some of this information is optional, and
intended to be seen by members and trial users to the site but cannot be used

is not limited to: email address, first name, last name, birth date, credit
card number or checking account information for payment, a user-specified
password, mailing address, zip code and telephone number. This information is
not seen by other members and trial users to the site.
• Aggregate: This is information we

address. This information is gathered for all users to the site. (Information users do not submit directly to

• Public: Public information supplied by
the user is intended to be seen by visitors to the site. This information is
used by visitors for searching and people matching purposes. Public information
cannot be used to identify a specific member by name, address, etc.
• Private: We primarily use Email
addresses submitted by members to verify enrollment and to inform members of
news regarding our site. Users who wish not to receive email of this type, may
disable the email by contacting us. Email addresses may also be used in private
correspondence with the user for customer service issues. Financial information
that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. All other
private information submitted by the user is confidential and will not be

• Aggregate: We use your server, IP
address, and browser-type related information in the general administration of
our website. (Information users do not
submit directly to us.)
COOKIES
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the
user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is
in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site.
Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance,
by setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in a password
